Did you notice that our old friend RAU is slowly coming out of hibernation? Just by the way it was bought up during the last week(slowly in big chunks)makes me believe that the same big player is on to it like during the big hype over a year ago.
Might be worth keeping a bit of an eye on in case they start to drive it with more volume. Could be relayed to the Bolivia story becoming a bit more than just hot air...
