1. If you find that you are not tading well during the course of the day.... give it a miss for that day and come back with a new strategy.

2 You seem to be impatient to make money and therefore paying the premium prices... wait patiently

3. When the profits stop and yo want to keep trading... look for smalle profits until confidence returns.

4. If you ahve sold a stock fora loss, look to buy back cheaper as it follows the trend and regain the profit on the next run up.
