Mate you're going to have to google MACD and RSI, and other technical indicators like PSAR, BOLLINGER BANDS and STOCHASTICS. No one will be able to tell you what they do here cos it'll take ages.

Check out investopedia, each indicator comes with its own pattern and characteristics you need to know.

People on HC are usually pretty helpful, but don't expect them to take out too much of their trading time to teach you these =D
