I thought they get speeding tickets for unusaully high volumes and without any announcement..therefore having to explain the days unusual trading.. Up - Down or otherwise......
And LSA volume is just that.... unusually high without an announced reason...
Is that wrong?...... If it is.... Then what are the parameters of % to Volume that cops a speedy ticket....
