NWE reminds me of BUY early days plain and simple, BUY ran from under 3c to 18c in a matter of months and has since established itself as a 9c-10c stock
ps the new chairman is the guy who took the helm of RFE and LBY earned them their re-ratings
each to their own though Im happy to buy the dips and hold
