all this positive talk about usa housing market is a load of crap when the commercial real estate crashes and it will crash[trillions]get ready for another huge crash get ready to sell people it will flow on to the 'aord possibly not as bad as usa but its coming shortly just go for a drive around your local commercial area have a look how many for sale & lease you may shock yourself in my area alone business closure is on the up i spoke to commercial property dealer just yesterday and he says in our area 10klm radius we are down on lease's about 35percent and sales are down about25percent banks in usa cannot possibly re finance peoples needs why?they don't have finance available simple logic really,think i'm talking pork pies do your own research cheers rolyhaha
