WRK - merger with Atlas Iron pending Meeting 30th November and approval by shareholders. Ground that Warick have are in great location, in and around Newman which is BHP stronghold. But Rio Tinto Iron Ore also have great ground about 50km North of Newman - Giles, Arrowhead, Texas, which was heavily drilled last year, but not mining yet.
SO WRK's Westren Creek is right in the middle of BHP tenements, and not far from Rio's, close for rail line and transportation from either of the two big players.
Wonder why though BHP would have drilled there in the 90's but not held onto the lease. Oversights do occur - Yandi for example but is a question mark on this deposit because of this in my opinion, BHP don't let go of minable assetes easily or often.
