    I have sneaking suspicion that the person playing games with NWE but also be the buyer that likes cleaning up a few lines in the closing price auction. It has happened a few times in recent weeks. Make sure you are onboard before the CSPA. It is a good trick, buy a few Mil and at the same time build up the hype overnight.
