    ive compiled a new set of tables. historical shortsellist and all announcements for the last week.

    Added two scans. Breakouts and retracements of stocks where liquidity is over 400K.

    I measured Liquidity with this rule. 5EMA x VolumeEMA where over 400K == "+++".
