Soren, re: stocks gapping up, personally I find it harder to make money on big green opens but one solution is to look for stocks breaking out to new highs at the open - these are the most likely to keep running. One way of capturing these moves is to set price alerts at/just above the old resistance level.
BTW Has HumGar's post done something weird to the thread?
