Daytraders who didn't reduce their exposure to BCC are now in the hands of other traders for where the price will head short term. If BCC can't response quickly every possibility the stock will be sold down by disappointed traders. Many times positive announcements don't drive share prices higher especially if the news has already been factored into the share price.
