Key themes:

- Gold up $15 to $1016. Big move to the upside on volume. Looking to test all time highs of $1030'ish.

- Short squeeze: market + financials heavily shorted yesterday. Expect an aggressive short squeeze in first hour of trading.

Goldman upgraded big cap financials in the States last night and they all moved strongly to the upside. The same should be expected here...especially if the RBA keep rates flat as i expect

- RBA IR decision at 2.30pm. Market mixed between a 25bp hike and no change. I expect no change and equities to rally with AUD getting sold off. Finacials in particular should rally had.



BCC: i bought at 4c and under last week. Sold out yesterday.

FUT: Recently acquired a Coal Seam Gas project in France and a Gas project in Louisiana, US. Re-rating this quarter. Significant upside.


SPI to close around 4650 imo.
