I know the feeling - our Dters business is contantly threatened and held hostage to IT outages such as the PC, broadband..etc
prohibitive in Australia to keep multiple or redundancies in these areas - unlike my mates in the US where IP and associated costs are so reasonable they can keep stuff spare "in the top draw"..
