Centro's debt a worry for auditor

Sep 30, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review) Ernst & Young replaced PricewaterhouseCoopers as the auditor of the troubled Centro Properties Group late in the 2008-09 financial year. The firm has warned in Centro's annual report that its high debt burden means there is a high level of uncertainty regarding its ability to continue as a going concern.
