Young Trader
This is not meant to sound patronising but helpful, so if my words come out wrong I appologise.
When we are young we have boundless energy and stamina and each day is a wonderful challenge. As we get older we realise that those reserves can be depleted much quicker and at a higher significant rate than we ever imagined. Life throws lots of challenges and we we need our reserves. Whatever you are trying to achieve with your trading, revise, look at the goals and then think about the beach. At your death bed which will you think about? What is really important. Perhaps take a day a month, just unwind relax and get to know yourself. Your trading is great and your generosity in sharing is fabulous. Your presentation at the meet and greet was much appreciated.
I personally have been caught with nicking off so prefer to just have a whole day without trading. As with all of this each of us has our own individual style which suits us and that is fine.
