def DYOR and read announcement first but my speed read of the first page is that NUF has signed a heads of agreement to work towards selling NUF to Shinochem for #13.00.In addition holders receive 15c Div which is separate from any sale. Yet mkt seems to have not spotted this.massive gap between fridays close 11.14 and 13.00. Check first but huge abitrage MAY be there for the plucking. i already own plennty NUF but still i'll be stoked to get 13.00.
