    what the heck is going on today so many stocks are going off

    MEL 64c 8.5M volume something must be up no speeding ticket no trading halt can it all just be because of some newsletter?


    CTP 19.5c 30M volume again claims its because of a newsletter


    NWE 80M 2.7c looks like 2.6c will become a new level of support

    even ELM are setting themselves up for a move up
