SRK should bounce from sell off

BTV at 12.5c is worth a look from yesterdays after market ann.

The Directors are pleased to advise that the company has made a net profit
of $5.96 million for the year ended 30 June 2009, as outlined in the Annual
Report attached.
This represents earnings per share of 4.8 cents.
Given this result and the company’s strong cash position of approximately
$12.2 million at 30 June 2009, the Board has resolved to seek shareholder
approval for a return of capital of 1.5 cents per share. Based on current
shares on issue of 114.14 million, this represents a capital return of $1.71
million.
While the company continues its search for an appropriate project, the Board
is of the view that a return of capital is an appropriate capital management
strategy for the company at this time.
This resolution will be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
