certainly not just consolidating at 27c, next week this will be 35c+, below is a direct quote from today's announcement in regards the dividend, they actually state the reporting date and the fact they are declaring a dividend.

Company will report its half year results and declare its dividend on 27 February 2009."

highlight the "and declare its dividend" part.
