lol Ipod, but the legal case is weak. Anyone with any semblance of charting skills would have seen that the CHART for ANN was bearish, and anyone buying shares discussed here without doing their own research first has to take responsibilit for their own actions. I though that this fact was again clearly established on this thread only recently......
