I just had a look at ATI and the manipulation that has been referred to and may have an explanation for it

A month or 2 back ATI placed 330M shares at 0.5c with 330m

At 1.5c and options 0.7c thats a profit of 1.7c on every 0.5c application or 2.3c gross value for every 0.5c application which is almost 500% return so perhaps that whats going on here?

Then again look at BCN (did the same thing) and URL and they have gone to the moon after thier placements
