I use Phoenix AI charts which has a scanning feature. It's pretty good and more than adequate for me although at this stage it is not quite as flexible in writing your own scans in the way that Metastock does.
I've also just taken up a trial of Paritech Pulse and I'm not sure if Marketscan is included in that but I will have a look when I subscribe to Pulse next week.
