    It's been a great day for some of the most beaten-up stocks - HDF, AIO, GPT, WDC, AMP, QBE, etc. I wonder if the shorts can smell an impending rally?

    (Of course I realise that many of those shares can't possibly be shorted and there is no way at all to circumvent ASIC's Swiss cheese of a short-selling ban. Cough.)
