VBA has had a few cycles of trades between 21 and 32. By all means short it if you want. We'll see a rebound in coming days/weeks regardless. The day she went to 14.5/15 it was a heavy 100% rebound in the weeks to follow. Let the sellers take position and then make a move when the dust settles. No hurry....
