    BPT $50m offer for DLS opportunistic, to say the least.

    Buy DLS.

    BPT will get trumped with a lowball offer like this.

    BPT have scope to increase their offer to around $80m IMO, which equates to DLS 5c per share.

    BPT will probably be happy to pay $100m for DLS.

    Easy gains.
