looks like FSE has rebounded from its some early morning profit taking after the announcement, still wouldn't surprise after the news does the rounds to see the stock closer to 5c by the close.
it is important to remember the tennements they are talking about are in the area considered to be the long term future for coal mining in South Africa, billions are being spent on new coal fired power plants and transportation infrastructure for export of coal from Waterberg.
