Burnett, the market is disappointed in the new team leading GPT, according to today's AFR. The new CEO lacks recent property experience and the new chairman has been on the board for years and therefore doesn't represent the fresh start that the instos wanted. Plus, the market is worried after the DXS capital raising that others will follow. I thought GMG was a safer bet but it's not much better at present.
