Currently holding:
VML - manipulated to 0.01 on close, by one share :/ (expecting something significant soon on this one, TA and FA lining up)
VAL finished (close to its high of 0.027) at 0.026 on serious volume +50mil - TA indicators strong, seems to be 'heading back up' the other side of the 'cup and handle' formation over the 3 month daily - target to get past 0.03 this week
ADV - broke out recently and today finished up a pip with volume dropping, indicating the next push up towards 0.03 (previous six month high and resistance point)

Feeling reasonably confident with my targets on all three, lets see how it plays out.
