tortle12, I started trading and using charting recently, and so far found the following settings best but I keep experimenting
MACD (including histogram): 12 26 9 (it seems like they are default values in many charting programs)
Stochs slow: 14 3 80 20
Bollinger Bands: 21 2 exp closing yes
