He owned the website..... Can't remember what ASIC charged him with.... Might have been providing advice or manipulation on a website or something..... Was a long time ago.... He didn't even on shares or trade in the companies he posted on...Anyway ASIC basically decided to get him and they did....

Do a search in Google and you'll see the story.... Remember at the time there was a lot of talk about freedom of speech and the old chestnut about what about the brokers reports and their pump and dumps....lol
