@RockstarJones regarding your post on trouble sleeping, Michael Mosley does a very interesting show on SBS, the latest called "Don't Worry, Be Happy". The show investigates how research has shown people can be optimistic or pessimistic based on which parts of their brains are firing. Michael admits he is a chronic insomniac due to his generally pessimistic views on life and undertakes a 7 week trial using 2 different techniques - one a facial recognition 'game' to reprogram his brain to a positive view and the other using mindful mediation. His testing after the trial showed marked changes in brain function (more optimistic) and he said that he had been sleeping better than he had in 20 years, mostly put down to the mediation.
I'm not sure if you have already tried this avenue (mediation) but thought I would mention the show as it may be of interest and you can view it via SBS on Demand. I use an app on my phone called "Smiling Mind" with various guided mediations. This app has been around for a while now and is also used for people suffering depression/anxiety for any others who may be reading this.
BTW, I love your nic and could imagine someone actually calling their child that. When I had my first child, there was a couple at the same hospital who had a girl and called her something along the lines of '311 Mercedes' as it was their favourite car model at the time. I kid you not!
