been fighting a losing battle trying to cull the amount of stocks in trading account (14 overnight) and holding about 50% cash
biggest underperformer is still AAQ along with potential write offs NUWOC (mid term account / family accounts) & QMG (smsf)
market conditions are quite good for small caps at the moment so not willing to chase stocks lower for overnight exits
landed a few runners recently but still managed to lock in a weekly loss last week mainly down to a couple of trades in UNX & LEG and a lot of noise elsewhere
LEG and UNX were both victims of buying a second parcel too close to first parcel - similar story with AAQ except there was a third and fourth parcel
don't trade within a rule framework myself although have some knowledge of other traders rules which helps along with a sense of self awareness most of the time
i used to have a couple of stickers on the printer with "have an exit strategy" and "position size correctly" but never got round to writing a plan
