To give the host person (what is the unisex term?) a break, thought I'd offer up tonight's food.

It's been a few good days, so on the menu is

Sourdough with olive oil/balsamic
Pork belly
Garlic prawns
Harissa olives
Fried haloumi

All with fresh seasonal vegetables

Wines to match.

T-bone and beer for the 'real' blokes.

I must be getting at this game. Stayed off the wrong buses today, no matter how pretty they were.

Thanks to all here for your guidance and banter.. the little snippets of knowledge all adds up to a better understanding for the novices like me. I don't ever do the Booya dance though.
