Should add Nihilism did a great post which shows I could be wrong in my AKK production equivalent assumption

"BOEPD is a term based around the calorific value of oil. I.e. 1 BOEPD has the same amount of energy as 1BOPD (liquid barrel of crude).

Thus its a term of energy equivalency by definition.

Saying the production value is BOEPD does not say how much each BOEPD is worth, due to the fact you don't know the ratio of liquid to gas, and liquid is worth far more than gas.

I'm not saying you are definitely incorrect, I'm just saying its poorly worded and that if I was betting money on it, i'd say its not worth 400 BOPD but rather much much less.

I agree entirely with the fact that AKK is no longer a complete speculator sport. They hit Gas AND liquids which a lot of O&G specs fail to do. And at high pressure.

    Also don't forget, just as a reference, 1BOEPD = ~5800cf

So your 350-400 BOEPD is minimum equivalent to 2 MMSCFD. Nothing to scoff at."

Great post and gave me alot to consider
