Endless

People believe that they should believe. Me - I'm a nihilist and believe in nothing. I don't have to believe, I read the P&L on the trade.

I think a lot of the investment literature encourages people to "hold onto stocks they believe in". That sort of stuff.

They try and stare down the market or convince themselves they are doing the right thing. And they avoid the unpleasant things, they don't take the loss, "cos ain't a loss until you sell it".
