Letting someone know that they may be (inadvertently) coming across as harsh or dismissive in their communication is bullying?
As I posted; ' It is easy to come across that way with the keyboard only though.'
Plenty of times I have posted a playful, flippant remark and upon re-reading it; realized It sounded horrible and had to go back and clarify what I meant.
There seems to be some sort of strange disconnect between what has been posted and the responses.
Go back and read the posts if you think someone has been unfairly treated.
I agree though; telling it how it is, is the best way to go IMO too. Beats me why kate would spit the dummy here.
