Hey traders, can someone educate me on something please? (New to trading) I was second in line for orders of a share at $0.011, the person ahead of me had 820,000 Share order outstanding. At the end of the day 250k shares sold at 0.011 but his number didn't decline at all and his order size wasn't changed at all, any ideas?
