    Can I pick some brains.

    Can anyone explain how a "Group of Shareholders" all coming together to form a substantial holding would work?

    Who would be doing the buying & selling - the group co-ordinator or the individual shareholders?

    Any thoughts welcome. I'm a bit bamboozled by this.
