    Last time they did capital raising as well, at a worse price, 1.7c - 2c via convertible notes.
    But US trading completely ignored the low CR, went up multi-times.

    This time, they just announced SPP@5c, not bad.

    US pre-market is already marching up, shows US$2, equivalent PRR: 8.8c
    Conversion rate: 1 PBMD = 30 PRRs
