    thanks pjgamble for the lunatic comment. I wasn't even talking about pensioners and health care cards. I was talking about people (NOT pensioners) that prefer to live off the welfare system and you cant tell me that there is an incentive to own your own home etc. You get more help if for eg. you say you are single mother of 5 kids than the mother of 2 kids with a partner who live together. How can you be "single" and still keep having children also. Why not make them pay for the kids if they want to keep having them. And its true if you own nothing you get more assistance than those that choose to work for what they have. No need to get personal by name calling.
