I don't think NEU is doing that badly. It's down on lighter volume and is holding 2.2c which IMO is support.
The gap is now filled which is also a bonus.
The dow is up 260 odd points and a major trendline and 200MA has been broken so I would expect a lot more buying in riskier stocks like NEU.
