The weekly chart is showing some life on the technical indicators. Since being in a downtrend since May, the 5.1c Sep low looks to be it for this cycle. The MACD X/O is starting to look possible (weekly chart) and should augur in a rise. The big question is will we see some significant volumes? Vol's have been relatively low since March.
