RESOURCE VENTURES TO ASSIST IN GROWTH STRATEGY
WAG Limited has appointed Resource Ventures Pty Ltd (Resource Ventures) to assist in the
review of the strategic direction of the business and to present new opportunities for investment.
Resource Ventures will be issued with up to a maximum of 35,000,000 shares and 105,000,000
options, subject to shareholder approval.
Resource Ventures is an unlisted Australian company concerned with the identification and
assessment of resource projects both in Australia and abroad on behalf of ASX listed
companies. Resource Ventures acts as an incubation fund providing technical, legal and
corporate expertise to add significant value at an early phase of project evaluation.
Resource Ventures consists of a group of highly experienced individuals whose expertise
include the following:
- Legal and Corporate
- Capital Markets and Corporate Funding
- Exploration and Resources
- Project Development
- Construction and Operations Management
Resource Ventures possess the necessary skills to identify and add significant value to both
domestic and international opportunities over a broad range of commodities in the resources
sector.
Resource Ventures has access to advice from the following individuals who have had
considerable experience in their field of expertise, in particular:
Peter Allchurch ? Chairman ? Platinum Australia (ASX:PLA) and adviser to oil and gas
companies Aurora Oil & Gas Limited (ASX:AUT) and Eureka Energy Limited (ASX:EKA). He
holds a Bachelor of Science and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and
Metallurgy, Member of the Society of Economic Geologists and a Member of the Petroleum
Exploration Society of Australia.

Mr Allchurch is a Geologist with more than 40 years experience in mineral exploration, mining
and petroleum exploration, development and production. Mr Allchurch has been an executive
director of a number of listed Australian mining and oil and gas companies since 1980 and has
considerable experience in corporate management.
Mr Allchurch has, together with Mr John Lewins, been responsible for developing Platinum
Australia from a junior exploration company to a ~ A$500m company scheduled to commence
production from their Smoky Hills platinum group metals (PGM) Project in South Africa in mid
2008. Construction is underway on an open pit and underground mine and an onsite processing
facility capable of producing ~100,000 oz 4E PGM per annum.
PLA is also undertaking a Bankable Feasibility Study on the South African Kalahari Platinum
Project (PLA earning 49%), for a proposed ~300,000 oz 4E PGM per annum open pit mining
operation.

Ben Zikmundovsky ? Managing Director ? GRD Minproc (Africa). Mr Zikmundowsky holds a
Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) and a Graduate Diploma in Business
Management. He has over 30 years experience in managing the development of companies,
operations, and projects in mining, mineral processing, construction and equipment industries.
Mr Zikmundovsky is heavily involved in the international market with projects throughout Africa,
South America, the Former Soviet Union Countries, Middle East and Europe.
Mr Zikmundovsky is responsible for developing GRD Minproc?s African office based in
Johannesburg. The office is responsible for all African operations (South Africa, Ghana, DRC,
Zambia, Namibia, Malawi, Burkina Faso, Mali and others) and some South American projects.

James Allchurch ? Exploration Manager/Director ? Resource Ventures. Mr Allchurch is a
geologist with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and is currently responsible for the identification
and evaluation of resource projects both in Australia and abroad on behalf of Resource
Ventures.
Mr Allchurch has experience in mineral exploration, groundwater investigation and recently in
geotechnical assessment and environmental investigation and remediation.

Michael Blakiston ? Managing Partner ? Blakiston & Crabb Lawyers. Mr Blakiston is Managing
Partner of the firm Blakiston & Crabb and is an experienced resource lawyer in Western
Australia. Mr Blakiston has practiced extensively in the field of corporate and resource law and
has had considerable experience in commercial and corporate management.
Mr Blakiston is a Director of Rox Resources Ltd, Vulcan Resources Ltd, Axiom Properties Ltd,
Platinum Australia Ltd and Aurora Oil & Gas Ltd.
Resource Ventures also has close ties with several leading stockbroking and Corporate Advisory
firms in Australia that will assist in the financing and development required to advance the
various resource projects identified by the group. As part of this alliance, the Company has
agreed to appoint James Allchurch and Ben Zikmundovsky to the Board of WAG Limited.
WAG Limited has agreed to raise $1,275,000 by an immediate placement of 51,250,000 shares
at an issue price of 1.5 cents per share to raise $768,750 which will be issued under its 15%
placement capacity and a further 33,750,000 at an issue price of 1.5 cents per share to raise
$506,250 following shareholder approval. The placement will be managed by Stripe Capital Ltd
(Corporate Authorised Representative of Australian Stockbroking and Advisory Services Ltd).
The capital raising will be utilised for working capital as the Company continues its broadcasting
licence and mineral exploration investment business.
