If anyone interested in BAL as a long term investment, surely best to let all the bad news and board changes happen then get set rather than try and pick the low? Could almost guarantee there will be more bad news from somewhere! Maybe keep an eye on the shorts reducing significantly, it would be the big boys that would drive it much higher imo
Had a quick Squizz at old DUB, could be worth keeping an eye on
Also I'll be adding more ATC, looks like it could reward nicely on a ST
