I think its just used as a ballpark figure to obtain a rough on the run valuation but no doubt location, grade, ore type etc all play their role. My main point in using it is that so far ARV have some surface nuggets and a theory of what sort of deposit it might be. Hopefully they are right and it'll be a while before they know so probably plenty of trades available meanwhile but there's a lot ahead of them.
