Deutsche Industrial improves 10.4pc 10:25, Wednesday, 25 August 2004
Sydney - Wednesday - August 25: (RWE Australian Business News) - DB Real Estate's $933 million Deutsche Industrial Trust today announced a net profit after tax of $54.1 million for the year to June 30, an increase of 10.4 per cent on the previous corresponding period. Mr Ben Lehmann, general manager of Deutsche Industrial Trust said, "A distribution of 15.80c per unit is being paid to unitholders, an increase of 2.60 per cent on the same period last year." Net tangible assets increased to $1.64 per unit and total assets rose 10% to $932.6 million. ENDS
