XSO ended the week flat while the rest of the market was down 1.5%. Charts below show the relationship of the XSO (small caps), XJO and XAO. IMO the XSO will continue to outperform the broader market by 20 - 30% over the next 3 - 6 months to bring it back in line after the detachment seen from 2012 onwards. That's good for Spec stocks!
Outperform can be in either an uptrend or downtrend, hopefully this occurs in an uptrend but is most likely to be a pretty flat overall market IMO. Happy weekend all, enjoy the long weekend those in WA!
