    Did reverse takeover (RTO) of Crest Minerals and commenced trading on the ASX on 19 February 2016. It has raised $12m in heavily oversubscribed offering.

    The Food Revolution Group provided preliminary final results FY2016 presentation.
    The Company reported sales growth of 22% YoY or 71% annualised and EBITDA of $754k.
    The Company has developed and launched 27 new products into the Healthy Food market.
    The Company also divested loss-making assets Roxdale Foods and LangTech Citrus.

    The Food Revolution Group announced that it has signed a binding term sheet to sell its NZ based business and bioactive intellectual property and to lease its LangTech Citrus (LTC) assets to Singaporean company Gravity Solutions Global (GSG), in a deal worth more than $17m over 10 years.

    The Food Revolution Group announced it has achieved more than $1m of revenue per month for three consecutive months (April 2016 to June 2016) from sales of its branded products in major Australian supermarkets channels.
    The product sales have generated an average gross margin of more than 35%.
