Keep up the drinking. Didn't do @speckledjim1 any harm My wife and I don't drink enough - unusual for Aussies. Might be one of our "things to do" when we retire!

Anyway, I remember the compounding thing you mention. I also remember a chart you posted back in the day which showed (if memory serves) that it's possible to make an average return of X% profit and still lose money (at least statistically possible).
Is this the same thing? When you're off the sauce, would love to see that again. I didn't save it (mistake).
Did seem like some sort of magic to me, so we might be talking about the same one.
