Von, for me MXR is more a sentiment/momentum type play than any long term fundamental re-rating story, given its tiny marketcap any positive gold related news is likely to be well received by the market.
MXR is no different to the hoarde of other spec mining plays, in these trading conditions any gold/silver/oil play with positive news will see a positive reaction, it is all just part of the euphoric trading conditions going on.
the minute I see specs not getting rewarded on the back of positive announcement its time to start protecting capital and move back into the better quality end of town, or take advantage of that strong $AUD and take a nice break from the markets.
